Clean soil with NO debris (garbage, wood, roots, large rocks) will be accepted FREE of charge; the material is re-used for covering compacted waste at the active face at the end of each operating day. The material must be free of debris as customers are required to drive over the covered waste. Loads being delivered with debris (garbage, wood, roots, and large rocks) will be accepted at the Clean Fill-Debris rate. All loads will be inspected by the scale attendant to determine classification and applicable disposal fees.
