Asphalt must arrive clean and free of any debris and have no organic material present. Asphalt can be no larger the 3’x3’, as the asphalt must be able to fit into a crushing machine and it must be large enough that the grapple can pick up the material, otherwise it has to be land filled and buried and the demolition rate applies. All asphalt loads will be inspected by the scale attendant whom will determine the classification and applicable rates.
