Any business that transports solid and residual waste for the oil & gas sector or industrial businesses are required to provide a Waste Manifest. All Commercial haulers are required to complete and submit manifest waste forms upon arrival at the scale. The Generator name, location (LSD) the type of waste being delivered and a contact name and number for the generator. Please be advised ALL haulers assume the responsibility for the material they are hauling and are required to sign the manifest confirming; the information provided is accurate.
